| MASSAGE CLASSES Learn the skill and bless your loved ones with your magical touch! 1. Head, neck and shoulder massage (2hrs) $50 The head, neck and shoulder massage workshop is aimed at arming attendees with the basic skills of head, neck and shoulder massage. It can be administered during break times, to rejuvenate and re-energize yourself or others. Attendees will be able to perform the basics of this massage by the end of the workshop. Head, neck and shoulder massage is preformed in a convenient, fully clothed, non-intrusive way using massage and acupressure techniques. The duration of the massage is 15-20 minutes per person and can be performed either on a massage table or seated on a chair with or without oil. 2. Hand and feet massage (2hrs) $50 Hand & foot reflexology is a unique method of using fingers, knuckles and thumb to stimulate the nerve endings in each foot. These nerve endings correspond to the organs in all parts of the body. This will stimulate the appropriate region and thus eliminate energy blockages in the related areas. Hand & Foot reflexology is used to prevent, rather than cure. It improves circulation and lymphatic flow, while also helping to unblock nerve impulse pathways. 3. Baby & children massage (2hrs) $80 Suitable for children from 1 month to 12 years old Babies and children usually enjoy being massaged as much as adults. This is also an excellent way of connecting with your baby if you are a working mum. A short massage each day can help your baby feel loved. Many cultures have used massage as part of baby care for hundreds of years. Touch is an important part of a baby's physical and emotional growth and is said to be as important to babies as food in their need for survival. 4. Couple massage (3hrs) $100 per couple Need we say more? Bring your spouse along and learn the technique to help your better half to release the tension and relax after a hard day at work!
